Meet Our Team

Kristi Mann
Founder & Master Groomer
Welcome! I'm Kristi Mann, and I've dedicated my life to working with dogs. Growing up surrounded by bloodhounds, I developed a passion for both showing and search-and-rescue work. Since completing grooming school in 1975, I've dedicated my career to caring for our furry friends.
As a proud member of the American Shih Tzu Club since 1990, I've had the honor of serving on the Board of Directors. Though Parkinson's has sidelined me from grooming, I'm thrilled to share my knowledge with my talented staff, helping them grow and provide top-notch care for your pets.

Jess
Head Groomer
Jess has been grooming for 5 years but has been in the animal industry for about the last 15 years. Her favorite dogs to groom are any terrier, Saint Bernard, setters and doodles. Before coming into the grooming industry she worked in the veterinary field after graduating from Pima Medical institution. Her passion for animals, especially dogs has always been there.
If you don’t see Jess at the grooming shop you can catch her at a dog show working for a dog handler and showing her own dog Liam who is a Glen of Imaal Terrier. Dog shows have been a big part of her life. She has gotten to show many different breeds and groom them. When not working her and her husband and their 3 dogs love going out on adventures to the woods. Cuddling with all of her terriers at home is a great day off. Loves to go camping and road trips.
Fun Fact: Jessica has 10 animals at home! (3 dogs, 2 cats, 2 chinchillas, 1 leopard geckos and 2 snakes)

Zoe
Professional Groomer
Zoe has been grooming for 2 years but has been in the industry for the about 15 years. She loves grooming Brittany Spaniels and doodles. But most important she loves working with the dogs and giving the owners a beautiful/handsome pup back! Something’s Zoe enjoys while she’s not at work is taking her son and her shepherd/rottie mix-Ripley to the parks. Loves a good audio book. The most important thing to her is her family.

She shares her life with her four awesome dogs and one cool cat. She has two energetic loving Jack Russell Terriers, and two loyal and sweet Cattle Dogs, as well as a cherished playful Tabby Cat. Eth
Professional Groomer
My name is Eth, and I’ve been a professional dog groomer for 10 years. My love for animals started early in childhood, and it’s shaped both my career and personal life. I specialize in grooming double-coated breeds, though I’m experienced and comfortable working with all coat types. I’m also deeply involved in the dog show world—I breed and show Cardigan Welsh Corgis, and I’m currently working toward becoming an approved dog show judge. In my free time, I enjoy training, trialing, and showing my dogs, combining my passion for dogs with a drive for excellence in both the show ring and performance.

Nikki
Professional Groomer
Niki grew up in the Woodinville/Bothell area, and started working consistently in grooming salons since 2009. Since then she has groomed MANY dogs, and occasionally even cats. She has a vast love for dogs, horses, ferrets and other animals! She especially loves when she is able to work with them every single day. When not at work, she enjoys reading, horseback riding, camping and beach trips with her heeler mix, Rosto. She also volunteers for a local Horseback Search and Rescue team, which leads to even more adventures! She looks forward to meeting you and your pup, and making them look great!
